The study of law leads to everything, they say...

and in my case it directed me to HR and more specific:

HR in a professional services and partnerships environment. 

This is what I am passionate about since I found out

that I am by far more energized by people than by legal books or cases.

I think the future of HR cannot be found in the old stuff we did, such as employer branding, recruitment, performance management, people management, compensation & benefits…

No. Future HR will be about organizational development and leadership.

In these fields I have a particular interest for coaching

and appreciative inquiry as a means of change (management).
